This impressive barn conversion offers spacious accommodation for the larger party. An interconnecting door to the Coach House can be opened to provide accommodation for up to 28 people, the door connects the two sitting rooms and so when open a huge communial area is created – ideal for special occasion celebrations ( when closed the access is sound and fire proof ). The Granary boasts a large beamed sitting room in which is a colour television and video and a half sized snooker table. The beamed kitchen/dinning room is fully equipped, with an adjoining utility room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the kitchen door you set out on to a private patio area complete with barbecue and patio furniture, offering superb views over the rolling Derbyshire countryside.
There is one triple bedroom on the ground floor and a cloak room with toilet and wash basin. On the first floor there are five bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double and a single bed, cot and an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There are two other bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms – one is a double and the other is a twin. There are a further two bedroom, one double and one twin, which share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. In addition to this there is also a sofa bed and Z bed.
