The properties are located within 3 miles of the A50 Stoke to Derby road.

From Derbyshire (M1) Direction:
Proceed along A50 duel carriageway until taking the slip road off for Ashbourne A515. At the mini island at the end of the slip road go straight on towards Doveridge. After approximately 1.5 miles turn right signed to Somersal Herbert. There is a single track lane which will take you over the top of the A50 and down into the village. In the village turn left along a "no through road", which will take you past the church and ends at our farm.

From Stoke (M6) Direction:
Proceed along the A50 duel carriageway until after Uttoxeter and take the slip road signposted for Doveridge. At the top of the slip road go right towards Doveridge. At the mini island in the village go left signed Derby. Half a mile after leaving the village turn left signed to Somersal Herbert. This is a single track lane which will take you over the top of the A50 and down into the village. There is a single track lane which will take you over the top of the A50 and down into the village.
